so is this a problem with the credits i have bourght, or server i am using, if i am using wrong server which is the right one because all i have done is download the lastest MT Nokia software saved my account and pressed unlock.

from where did you buy your credits?

for old credit system , you should now have 19 credits left.

if still 9 credits , you should email your reseller.

anyway old and new credit charges the same 2.50 euro to unlock

I buy from ipmart 100 credits

then in one part when i contact them they say there wrong then it look like they say i use wrong server i just dont no, i cant get correct answer from anyone.

bought 100 credits but when i check with giffin only got 10, unlocked 1 acic 11 phone and now only got 9 credits left. i think you may of sent me old style logs I-Support (2006-12-09 12:33:22)for your information that's was wrong info on our website

actually the USD65 is for unlock 10 phones of the DCT4 + asic 11
and you have use /unlock one phones that mean you still have 9 phones to unlock

Andro is not fit to be a moderator on this forum, I was punish for his delibrate intension to rip me off.
I got my box along with 20 credits then I notice that I can activate alcatel with it.So I had to make inquireing from Andro if I can still use my credit on my mt-nokia/mt-se after activation and he replyed YES.Now after two 2310 unlock, my account went to zero. I payed 100 euro to griffinteam yesterday,till now my account has not been update.

your problem now is that you should have 19 credits left.

this is my username iphdct4db202093. so basicly i order 100 credits, so are we saying that ip mart have ripped me off., i have just spoken to ipmart and they say they have emailed griffin team to change my logs to 95credits. Say mistake is with change over of credits system.
