Error 401 in MT box pro
 

Hi, if it wasn't enough with the other products working free, now my MT box pro gives errors
If I try with Revision=F the unlock starts, shows the IMEI but doesn't recognize when I do the testpoint. If I remove Revision=F, I press Unlock and it give's error 401. If I try to install in other computer, the login fails.
Shoud I kill myself jumping from the window 202 times (that's the quantity of logs that I still have). Please, any solution Griffin Team, I woud like to be able to spend a few logs before all the BB5box and UID shows up in this country.

for a second PC enter username and password carefully may be have a I or l inside - this is 2 different symbols.
with revision=F need to work good but remove any another revision= string from ini file!!!

In second PC I directly copy/paste the user and password given from griffin team, no way to put wrong data.
Tryied with revision=f, with revision=D and cleaning that line on ini file, but allways same result. Please help

well, my partner is back, he installed it again in 2 computers, allways error 401 in several models. (so, we can unlock nothing, we got 202 credits without spend and other people in here are buying the new boxes for 400 euros without logs). So please, tell me at least what is this 401 error!

6125 and 6131 tested right now 6125 with V4,20 (added almost a month ago and we allready had made several units, cos this phone in most versions doesn't allow downgrade) and 6131 version 5.50 (I'd done several units before). Doesn't matters if it's with Revision F, revision D, without revision or with all the Revision alphabeth, result is allways the same, Error 401.
If you want us to loose money and our clients, you're almost there. The only answers that i get was about my login and pass to install in other machine (when my partner was in other city and I didn't get access to that info) and not about "error 401". So plase, check especifically about the error, cos it's happening in any computer that I tested it. Thanks.

It's not different from the other user, same problem. does this Log file make's any difference?

If you need the using account name, just ask it I'll send it in PM, but please, solve it cos I'm trying to use this logs today, got 30 phones, if it's not solved in 5 hours I'll have to give them back to the clients.You can imagine how it is to pay 20 euro for unlock each phone and seeing that the boxes without logs are coming, and we'rew not been able to spend our logs.

Yesterday, till 2 PM, I was trying to unlock several phones. allways error 401. I went to my store at night (allmost midnight, to try again and be able to generate the log to post in here. I don't know if it was a server reset or something, buut it started to work again. If someone had faced the same problem, I sugest to try now, that looks that everything is ok now (tested with the same phones, without reflash or anything, I had them open in the table since saturday, when the problem started, it was 5 days without the possibility to unlock phones)
