proplem in nokia 3250 - GSM-Forum

I have a proplem in nokia 3250 it give message (( app.closed startup )) I' trying to install firmware the proplem still exisist when i format the phone it give this message

Try full flash on latest version mt if you are using jaf cable disable vpp and try flash on latest firmwares still if it does not work try manual format Use power Switch+call button+*+3 altogether then afterwars leave power switch and keep other button pressed will work 100%.
