how to unlock db2020 phone code with mtbox se . i did unlock but it didnt erase phone code or user code.

ok i found it. if i have select codereset file with unlock file how many credits take griffin server 5 logs or 10 logs?

Add user code reset file first on the list then power phone and disable user code.
If you want to unlock SP lock also back phone to cable and do it.

User lock = 5 credits
SP lock = 5 credits

Its best way to use files separately.

I`d like to ask You about the credits.

can I see the useds logs ? ( I have employees and some times the credits just disappear.

I selected a wrong model like W710 and I went unlock a K790. The software showed a error, than I selected the right model and all was ok. Did it cost 10 credits or 5

Unlock cost 5 credit = around 2.5 euro
Flash cost 5 credit = around 2.5 euro

what about lose credits no refund why soft mobile server error its not a my fault its your fault plz release policy to refund credits

Well, it is not only my credits was lost.
I thought my employees was using the credits and didn`t tell me.
But maybe they`ve talked the thru.

MT-Box is the less expensive way to unlock DB2020, But. If we have our credits lost in 20% of successful unlocks. it will not be too cheap anymore.
