I think as a MT Pro owner not Mt Lite all can be unlock but with time !!!!!!!!!

here in our region if very hard to find US phones and about this we support small from her

if you cend to us we may be can make it but 1st we need a flash files to be sure we can make it or not.If you have a flash package for her then give me link for download and we will see.may be we can do from long distance we make you test and post result
