i try to unlock e62

please check "simlock status"
coz i saw on log the (Counters 10/10, 0/3)

1st write pm 308 backup then ,unlock again...
if you dont have backup,you need bb5 rpl service to reset
the fbus Counter to "0/0"

I have same problem and i try to write backup pm but mt software cannot restore backup pm and set counter to 0/10 for this type e62,6280.i have this phones with me which i have try soo many time to restore counter but cannot.I have write backup pm for 6300,5200,5300. it work perfect.Mate have you try to write backup pm to restore counter on 6280,e62 before.And even if you are unlock 6300 and all tp fail atempted used software will pop up and ask you to restore counter and you just press yes and counter will set to 0/10.incase of 6280.e62 mt software will not pop for you to reset counter to 0/10.911gt,andro pls check this for your dear costomer like us.thx hope you will

did you see before unlock counter 0/10 but after unlock counter 10/10
but phone not unlock, i will try 911gt advice to relflash and post result
