i have a 6030 , when i on mobile set is restart . and i flash new version and writh pm file still same problum ...

Unlock it.
If restart after 20-30 seconds then maybe UEM is problem.

its uem problem..........if flashing doesnt work

retry to flash it again with cnt_128 and the latest firmware flash file
if does't work it maybe hardwaqre problem

which flasher do u have , go to its support site...

make erase mcu and ppm
flash again with new vergen
