I realised that Andro said patching to unlock BB5 is this a mistake or a coming soon?

I will test in a few days 5200 flashing and 2610 unlocking and will post results.

I would like to add that since I bought MtBox I start using it everyday a bit else till today that it's my main Noka flasher. I prefered the server solution for DCT4+ and ASIC11 but people prefer other ways.

Just a thought. If GT was the first team releasing nearly 70% of the updates, I prefer to pay small fee to unlock some phones and have the extra feature of SX4 for example

Tested on 20 pcs of 2610, all work fine.
tested one 2310! also very good!

Edit... ups, seems it is steel locked

mt-box software show me: unlocked
and if i put another card i see : Phone restriced

the phone is now : contact service , also after update

2610 is v3.77 i update to version 4.51 after that i use pach function all ok but after power on see phone restrikted ,after again power on phone not power on.I make repair procedure after thath unlok with sarver and all ok

hi,
maybe it sounds silly, but i can help my self to ask, is it possible like this:

back up imei, security certificate, and pm of an unlocked bb5 phone.

then fully erase a locked phone, reflash, write imei back up, security certificate, and pm of the first phone to the second one.

is possible we get an unlocked phone (for the second phone)?
