Not able to start the software....... - GSM-Forum

Bought a new MT-box with MT-pro.......
I have installed the sofware.......
connected the box with the PC and installed the drivers..........
Connected the ACP12........
But still not able to start the software........
Nothing happens when I click on the software Icon.....
Just the busy symbol flashes for a second and then disappears........
The software not even showing in the taskmanager.......
What could be wrong......
Tried it with another one PC also......
Its just the same.......

Please help me fix this problem.....

dont connect acp-12,restart PC ,connect box,check for all ok in control panel\system\device manager and if all is ok and soft dont start return box to reseller for a change

open the box and take out the sim and insert it again .... it will be ok..
