while taking the backup of your certificates what is the simlock status...

in that time also whether it is in same 10/10 means after writting that backup u will get same only...

then u need RPL....

Yes mine was the "similar situation" mentioned above, but it was a 6234, everytime MT wrote it back automaticly when unlock fails or if i wrote pm backup using the write pm, it was still 10/10, wrote the exact same backup using jaf, and first time it worked, counters reset!

Rpl? - What for, if you have backup? I had the same case. Try to write pm-134 (but without making authorisation-actually you dont need to authorise to do this) whith another-older version of MT. Try it few times with few versions- FINALLY IT HELPED ME. Than, when the counter was 0/10 I downgraded fhone. But when I was making unlock again it started to "failed attempts", then I quickly remove testpoints, before it reached 10/10 and tnen... surprise phone unlocked. It looked like: touching TP for too long couse counter full. I dont know why, maybe it is a bug.

Try this tricks, write pm backup...after write disconnect the cable then try to read
