N95 when unlocking but testpoint failed.. but ok i have the pm what next ?

Several times, I have tried to write the backup PM but without sucess.

I have done my research and im leading to think I need to be enabled on the GT server to actually write it since this SX4 shinnaningans is really getting on my nerves
