Here's the proof ;
Yes I have enough skill.I don't call myself Master.(You can call me if You want to.)Take a look at my counters.I started this a long time ago.
When You're facing with flashing problem :
1. Check Cables/Resistors.
2. Check/uncheck "Disable VPP".
3. Check/uncheck "Use TX2 line".
4. The 2. and 3. means 4 variations. Try them all. Most BB5 phones prefer the disabled VPP and using the normal TX line as it can be seen on picture attached below.
5. Try to flash via USB if these 1.-4. didn't work. (It's better for alive phones I think.)
6. If You think that there's a bug You can still use older versions.(It's not needed in my opinion.)
7. Read more user manuals and books about digital electronics.
There's no flashing bug in the 2.37. Here's the log and the screenshot.

Don"t forget to backup full PMs and full RPLs before any operations. It's worth!

Try with older versions.2.36 or older.
I still think it must be an error on TX2 line. Open the box and check it.

The truth is that MT-box is not the best choice in FBUS flashing.
But I must say that the FBUS flashing is working perfect in my box.(Bought more than 5 years ago.)

Box firmware is never updated. You only update Pins in griffin.ini file by update button.
If You can't write BB5 flash, that's a box hardware or connection problem. TX2 line maybe not working properly. Try to set VPP and use/misuse TX2 line.
2.37 soft working perfect.
Flash phone via USB.
