problem with my box! need help - GSM-Forum

hi all;
i've a problem with my box, every time when i plug the cable in phones, a green led in the box start to blink, and don't stop even if i unplug the phone or close the soft.
i can't do anything with my box cause it's not detecting phones!
is there a solution for this??

can you see the mt device on pc device management, can the mt soft detect the box s/n no?

yes, i can see mt device, and mt soft detect the s/n of the box.

any one have an idea?

may be have a problem with adapter or a cables who is shorted

ok, thanks i'll try with another adapter, i don't thinks that it's a cable problem cause i have this problem with all cable.
