We do nothing mate,only stay and see how small people of our customer cant work with tool and come to cry.This work on a 30000 boxes but only with your dont this is very very funny

with do all respect for GT-911, new update(mtb_nk 1_43.exe) has some problem .
for some phones like 6300 and luna 8600 it gives me 10 times faile ( some versions) and then my pc goes so slow, but when i try with the old version of mt box software , it works perfect as before.
for 10 times fail i made short cable as well but it did not work with new software but old one works good.

mate this is not from soft!
just disconnect all another tools from usb and all will be ok.
if not then uninstall all mt box and drivers and install it again all will be ok.
sorry but we cant repair bugs in windows drivers.
many of tools use same driver and windows crash.Sorry but this is not our problem.

Oh come on 911GT you can't just automatically pass the blame over to drivers without properly investigating people's problem!

The new version HAS a bug end of story - lots of people are reporting problems and when using an earlier version there is no problem - this cannot be down to windows drivers - this is a VERSION RELEASE problem. No drivers were changed yet all unlocks that had TP FAILED problem unlock first time.

Please treat us with a bit more respect than that before blaming windows drivers!

Fair enough it may work on yours but people are finding problems with whatever 1.43 is doing. Earlier versions are working perfect.

I'm sure anyone having problems will be glad to help find what's causing it but it's not 100% working for some.

Any software developer has installations that won't work with certain setups without code modification. You see it all the time. Assuming that if it works there then it will work anywhere is not the best way of product testing, deployment is the best bug fixer.

Maybe start a thread for people having issues and get logs or whatever you need to find out if there is a common setting/hardware/driver configuration that is causing the problem.

Mate, please take a moment to listen to customers. I have had around 20 (yes 20) calls in past 2 days from customers who say they have problems using latest update because software freezing and running slow once testpoints are connected. So you are laughing at them and telling them they are funny?

FACT - It IS software problem, because why when we use 1.43 the problem is there, but with 1_42_3 everything is good again!!

You guys should accept that there IS a problem with latest software and tell us that you are working on a solution instead of making out we are all idiots that do not know what we are doing!

I will ask all my customers to come here and make post about this software if you like and then you can tell them they are all funny because there is nothing wrong with your latest updated software shall i?

new software 1.43 have a bugs u can see lot of custumers have a same problem and can't say 30000 box sale and u have a problem i am not also to many people .
