im trying to unlock a 6280 phone unlocks (phone status not locked) but the problem is its oepn to all networks except tmobile and coustmer needs to use tmobile could someone please help

what did it say on t mobile sim ...........
phone restricted ,,,,,or doesnot read sim at all....

strange. post log + try reset phone change profile etc
