@ support .. problem with mt box first installation - GSM-Forum

I just purchased my mt box and am having installation problems

I downloaded the serial number reader from mtbox.org which had the drivers included
I plugged in the box and pointed the driver installation to the extracted folder and the driver installed fine.
It even picks up the interface in my device manager.
The problem is when i run the serial number reader this is the problem i get ...

Device:<\\?\usb#vid_a550&pid_f00d#123456#{e6ef7dcd-1795-4a08-9fbf-aa78423c26f0}>
<App:CR>
<Version:01.01.0001>
<SN:BAD SC Answer

Any ideas ????
Its quite urgent ...

Hmmm..... anyone ?????
I purchased a MT box Nokia from i-phone and after solving the initail problem above its now showing me this on the info tab of the updater :

Check usb connection then open program must work.

BIG problem on this versions
i hav 2300 need unlock when after write PM file but need use lock credit ACC to unlock
if not the fon not will unlocking too why???

how to solve???

at last need use Tornado to unlock it....

Mt Box Team pls faster solve this problem

For 2300 you don't need credits, unlock is standalone.

Hi!

I have succeedeed in opening the prograqm using an older version, which is 1.13.nvertheless, i still cannot open it with the 1.25 version.
Can u help me on that?
