MT-box cables are broke. Can't read/write - only change modes.

I just installed my new MT-box, but it doesn't work. Application starts fine and box info is read, but when i connect a phone nothing happens. It does not power on in test mode, and application just says "Phone is in: Phone is not responding, power on phone!".
I have tried powering on manually, but nothing happens. I have also tried connecting charger to the box.
The phone works fine when used with twister. What is wrong?

Ah... thanks.. So the converter is needed on all cables? Why isn't that one built in the box?

(i'm using the supplied cables)

All Nokia cables has 8 pin connector to box side, and need to use converter to connect it to box.

SE, LG 3G, Sharp 3G and C62 cable has 10 pin connector to box side and need to be connected directly to box (without converter)

Why this?

To enable you use old cables from Griffin, UFS etc

SE, LG 3G, Sharp 3G and C62 cables can be used only on MT and GTI box

It's still not working correctly... The phone powers on (in test/local mode) but application still says "Phone is in: Phone is not responding, power on phone!". I have managed to get the phone readed a few times, but it's not working like it should

Same problem on 3510i, 6610i, 3650.

I have done some testing with Twister cables now... All three phones connected good now, except a bug in software when reading info from 3650:Read ok, until "PM Version .....". Application freezes and needs to be closed via taskmanager. It's not possible to start MT-NK again before i reconnect usb cable.

The MT-box supplied cables are really poor quality!!! 3 of 3 i have tried so far has been unusable!!! Twister cables worked fine...

It's only crashing when reading phone info from 3650. Haven't tested flashing. I let it stay for over 10 minutes, but it was still freezing...

Anyway, i just tested another phone, 3220, and the cables supplied with MT-box are simply broke. I have tested 3220, 3510i, 3650 and 7210 and none of them works. Phone starts in Local mode (i can even change mode), but application can't read them. The only cables i got working (of the ones i have tested so far) is 6660 and N-Gage cables.
Twister cables works fine...

I have 10PCS of MT-box for resale, and i don't know what to do right now... i can't sell them if the cables are broke
And i'm not sure i can open or test them either, cause then they are "used".

I have tried several USB-ports, and my hubs are powered externally - working fine with all other devices (twister/martech/etc)
