try *#0000*code# if your phone locked to network or *#0004*code#
if locked to subsidy
How to check: *#0606#
*#0003*code# for reset phone code!!!

Same way like Windziarz tells.

Easiest way, change to other SIM card. Then EF81 ask you for the Code.

So I have unlocked it with SVN 58.

NO. I mean the behavior of EF81 which I saw was on my SVN 58. I don't know, if all Firmwareversions of EF81 ask you automatic for the Code... By changing the SIM.

But the Code I have from my Operator.
