I have a siemens st55, i believe it's made by panasonic, that freezes at logo on start up and stays there...any solution to repair this problem, plz help..thanks

search for tool name Milano Backup Tool

just clean the user data with this tool. all will be fine

Just reflash te phone.

If flashing not start, under the simreader (lower right corner) is a fuse.
Short circuit this and try again.

sorry but what kind of cable do you use for this phone? cable just for this phone or is it compatible with others?

It has the same jack as some samsung phones and for pinout use search button to find it

I have an ST60 with similar problem.First reflash the phone.If it not works,check the internal battery.
