...go again on this site, site is updates, download 2nd flash

you must use swich tool (format your st60 to neutral) and then flash your phone with neutral flash...

after that i flash phone with st60 flash and phone work normal,,,-try this

on windows xp just go to "add new hardware" and add a network apapter.... works 100%

im using twister no support for st60? the cable did not fit to the unit.
