FOLLOW STEP BY STEP THIS SOLUTION

1-MAKE THIS CABLE OR USE SIEMENS DCA-540 USB CABLE
http://rapidshare.com/files/304655307/USB_CABLE.bmp

2-download this firmware the software is included
http://eh.student.utwente.nl/~landy/...01_22_0097.zip
user :mobile PASS: elibom

3-run it and install benq-simens drivers ,connect your phone and install drivers

4-run the software by the shortcut on your desktop and clik download
don"t disconnect the phone until the end of the process

enjoy the phone is now alive with french and english language
