HELP: CDR ruined my MMC

There is some king of bug in CDR, that after a call you cannot read or write some files. http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=158681

Well, this happened to my address book. At first All entries in address book were the same. After restarting my phone address book, couldn't load at all. So i cannot read my mmc...
[It says addressbook initialises for ever, and i cannot even explore the mmc]

I've got the same problem. First my addressbook gets corrupted ( I get strange chars, and everything is mixed, then I can't read or write to MMC by phone, though it works fine in MMC card reader). This happens usualy once a week, so it is quite problematic. What may be the couse, are you shure it s the CDR patch?

You can fix your addressbook with ABKTools midlet. I had the same problem twice, and everytime it worked perfectly. Just start the phone without mmc, then insert it and start the midlet.

Sorry Koper, just to say this:
Actually I couldn't either delete the file or run abktools.
On turning on the phone, it tries to access addressbook. It kept doing this, and i couldn't open my mobile's mmc in either way (from mobile, or from pc).
Also I couildn't run any java program.

The problem fixed itself (??!!??). After 1 hour my address book got back to normal, without even pressing a key.
