A35 restarting after flash

please help me with an a35.

i got the phone saying wrong software, my friend flashed it with some other version and problem started. i opened the phone and saw v21 written on the flash so i flashed the phone with version 21. the phone was flashed but when i pressed power on button, the light went on for a sec and then again off. i used other versions 23 and 25 but with no success.
please help me man i m in big trouble.
then also tell me how to fix wrong software using hash writer and imei changer.

just unlock it with map file maked using maxim logger/map maker

you can upgrade th phone to v25 without any problems
