I can not receive or send calls on this phone. The Service is ok, all functiong seems to work well. A friend told me to reset it to Factory default, but I do not know how to.

Any know about this problem?

Try *#0000#.<br />But i mean, that it needs fullflash with newer version (20,21,23,25), unlock (if needed), and must be ok.
