Hi ,

Does anybody knows which eeprom
is used in Siemens C25 phone.
Because i was opened one and found a lot of chips -MPU ,Flash ,Ram ,...etc ,but where is eeprom ???

My EEPROM is in 5 pin package

Where can I find eprom in C25 (53) I have it totaly dead, so I want to try to take eprom from another working phone and copy it to dead C25 but there are lot of chips. I think thats 8pin chip like in 3210 or 5110???

It's an 8 Pin eeprom in SMD package.
