I have research mission to several countries in the middle
East such as Iran. Since, my basic
communication embarked over handset cellular phone and
I'm curious about my privacy. I appreciate you to answer the bottom listed questions.
1. My GSM phone is off, is it possible someone monitors on it while I am in Iran instantly?
2. Whether my phone is off or on, how could someone monitors on my calls while no one knows my phonenumber?
3. Is it possible that by monitoring on my oversea’s calls someone could verify my exact location?
4. What is the Iran and middle Eastern country’s capabilities toward secret technology in order to analyze sounds and spotting over an voice accent and vocabulary through monitoring?
5. Is it possible for these countries to monitor and record all the oversea’s calls or they choose and record partially?

[When phone is off no one can monitor you. When you make a call is possible to monitor you, and is possible to know your exact position, but you must by in range of 3 GSM towers.
Is possible to monitor calls in net, but when someone want to know exat your calls, he must know your phone number, or serial number of card, or IMEI of your phone.
So i mean, is must not be true.
