I would like to know if there is any solution or program to make mapcreator v3.00 and v 4.00 run and work on Windows XP

Hello.

Generally, better OS to run map creator (and most of "service programs") is Win98SE, because it intend to run under that OS. It is not recommended to use WinNT (in any of its version including 5.0 - Win2000 and 5.1 - WinXP) - if program will be working, it may be unstable or works unproperly.

However you can try to change some options in "Compatiblity" label at "Properities" of given .exe file (right click on it) - it works some time...
