Thumbs down C45 -> Unblocking -> Dead -> ???

hi everybody,

I have a C45 and tried to unlock it some days ago with some #*?%§"!-software...

Now I have a phone that does not start anymore, instead it sounds a low pitched beep if you press the ON-button and that's all.

I tried to flash the phone, first using an original siemens cable and after recognizing my error with a modified siemens cable (external +5V power supply to pin 1 & 4) and tried again - without success.

Attempts to charge the phone are accopanied by an even lower beep.

Any hints you can give me are most welcome.

Thanks, grazer

All the software I tried, is not able to make a connection to the phone.
If you press the red button shortly, nothing happens, if you press it for 1 sec. you will hear that low beep and nothing more.

Any hints regarding the cable? Is the supply voltage of +5 needed?

Thanks, grazer

Do you need a 100% charged battery to flash the phone or does it also work with say 85% capacity?

Can you also tell me if the behaviour of the phone is normal for an error in the flash memory (1 beep and nothing more if you trie to switch it on)?

Bye, grazer
