I need Full Flash:

Koci 5.30 CAN change language to C28 v61_but cannot read.
change successful with v6109.bin files.

after i flash my fone with maxim when i try to write imei i get the message " unkown eeprom layout, please help fone doesnt switch on. Also how do you remove call barred

i flashed the phone size:0010000 and start:0000000 but the phone is still dead and writes unknown eeprom layout;
how can i repair this? i cannotressurect or simlock
