S55 unlocking - GSM-Forum

Hi everyone, first of all, bear with me for I'm new at this...

I own a S55..
P.-Date: 2003-08-06
Sw-Version: 16.
SW-Date 2003-05-05
Variant: A507
IMEI:351083527329511

I've stumbled upon this forum and after searching, reading about unlocking solutions.. freia and so I still have questions and doubts.
First, is there a way to unlock it by simply inserting a code??
And can it be unlocked without fumbling around with the hardware? When unlocking with freia, does it "cracks" the phone.. that is, changes the code inside other than what inserting the unlocking code would do?(breaks warranty)
What is the best thing(solution) to do to unlock it?

There several free solutions to use for S55 unlocking.The software does not crack anything. It just rebuilds the SP-lock area. Free and easy to use is the software from www.sst-gsm.cjb.net or you can use the free freia
About waranty- It depends to your supplier.
In most cases they do not give waranty for unlocked phones nevertheless you use code or cable unlocking

Yes,Use freia-9 for unlock this type 100% ok!!!!!!
Including ur phone has deleted bootcore!!!!
Test by me!!!!

Sir, if ur phone bootcore has been deleted, what do you get connect with computer w/o testpoint?

There is no other Solution!
Only testpoint (T9 or MartechBox)
