A60 v20 freeze if screensaver is ON&activated

When screensaver is switched ON and if screensaver is activated:
All working good but if some missing call is making then A60 is dead after pressing key UNLOCK!! Only message on display: "Phone locked Please turn off!"
After this message I can't use this phone and only battery removing will help!!

Any solution?
Factory reset!?? (I can't find factory reset in menu!!?)

p.s.
I'm (re)flashing phone from v20 to v20! But same failure!!

First you need to do factory resete look is in the settings- phone setup>FACTORY SETTINGS menu.
If not working try to downgrade firmware with winswup lower version.

man in my case phone turn off when ligths of led turn it off

How I can use WinsWup 32 ,with Box or No ??
