How to change imei on M50? - GSM-Forum

i can´t find a good application for change imei in M50, do you now a soft or a method? thanks in advance and b/r

hi dreamgsm , did you found some solution? i have the same problem freia can´t upload new flash imei correctly still write me this
Eeprom Imei is 35081070230918 (its correct) and when i wanna write as new flash imei this is result !

SEC_AdjustOriginalIMEI : changed IMEI from '35081070230918' to '00000000000000'
COMM_UpdateOriginalIMEI : desired new original IMEI is '00000000000000'
O.K.

phone only bzzzz

i tried many solutions from net by all3/4v2.10 or swup, full flash but no soft works correctly with change flash imei like for example wizard for c55.

can someone help me? thanx

well, i solved my problem with freia8

1.- select model M50

2.- go to unlocking functions

3.- select create map from phone

4.- only write the new imei without select any tip

5.- select ok and follow instructions

6.- go again to unlocking functions and select upload map

7.- select the file and upload it

thanx for your reply , i will try this .. but i think .. original flash area is damaged

with freia function "new flash imei", i dont know if this can can repair it.

well mate! anyway remember that doing only i wrote before can change imei, is not needed change anything in flash.
Try to write epp (the same version of the flash) then flash with update tool, then make map from phone writing the correct imei and upload it then. Good luck mate!

Yes I could do IMEI ch. with freia allsie.

i tried to full flash. than eeprom ... phone only bzzz
after i used swup .... phone only bzzz
than i change imei with freia ... phone only bzzz
i tried to unlock with map ... phone only bzzz
freia still write me
eeprom imei - 350810.... (good)
OTP imei corrupt - 0000....
i think there is problem

take it easy, first of all , follow steps as it:

flash phone with update tool, write epp of the same version of the flash uploaded, now with freia8 make map from phone writing the correct imei, then upload that map. That´s all, post result after operation please
