friends, that are assigned to the phone do not have any usb cable or anything. I must find a master code IMEI number. I bought this phone second hand.

...if you don't know how to unlock your phone, go to service centre.
Unlocking based on IMEI not working because the Siemens database doesn't exist anymore and place IMEI from your phone is dangerous....
