Hi, Friends
Siemens SL55 brand new phone keypad is not functioning after switch on the phone.
Unable to dial any key. Is that software or hardware problem?
Please advice.

NEW phone?? Return it to the store or to who ever sold it to you...

@kostin: chek flex cable, could be damaged ( I repaired one with same problem), try pcb with other LCD set and check if problem persists

Try to izolate the volume key from PCB. It worked in my case. Tell me the result.
