Siemens Information and Communication Mobile (Siemens mobile) launches its latest entry-level handset, the A57. Offering ease of use and reliable communication, whilst combining valued looks with a range of personalization options, the A57 is the perfect handset for those who want to communicate simply, but using a contemporary design.


The lightweight (84g) A57 has up-to-date looks, a sleek design with chrome ring finishing all available in two colors, Pebble and Cassis. With a further selection of exchangeable CLIPit Covers with eye-catching colors, it is always possible to make a personal statement by matching the A57 according to mood. This can be extended even further thanks to the additional personalization options available, such as a range of integrated and downloadable 16-corde polyphonic ring tones and snazzy screen animations.

The A57’s multi-functionality always ensures easier communication whether via voice, SMS, or – thanks to various pre-installed images, sounds and animations – EMS (Enhanced Message Service) messages. Technologically advanced, the A57 includes helpful features such as a currency converter, quick dial and hotkeys and calling animations. And, with a standby time of up to 250 hours and talk time of up to 5 hours, the A57 is a reliable partner for longer.

With the new Siemens A57 handset, it is possible to have fun wherever and whenever thanks to the four exciting games available. Whether targeting floating balloons in ‘Balloon Shooter’, or stacking crates in ‘Stack Attack’, there is a game that will keep gaming enthusiasts gripped for hours.

The handset is available with a range of additional Siemens Original Accessories. but a57 has one good thing, excangable covers; i drop fones alot and this is one thing i always must have....

Subject: Introduction of A57

Dear all,

End of July the new A-class product A57 will be launched. Standard variant is L36880-N5830-S100.The A57 is based on the A55 and uses the same hardware and SW features except for the following parts:

Delta list Software

 Carkit / Headset menu item will be removed from Call setup to Settings / Accessory
 Product-Name is A57 (e.g.”#06# service menu)
 Cross boot protection to prevent cross booting between A55 and A57


The main boards of A55 and A57 have the exact same hardware and components. Only the SW and partnumber is different. Because of the cross boot protection the A57 and A55 mainboards can be not exchanged against each other. For A57 the service documents of the A55 can be used except for the above stated differences.
The A57 will be launched in the standard colors Pebble Grey and Classic Red.

So as EVERYONE see - its A55 with new SW (called A57) and new bootcore(without BUG) - but this nice A57 can be converted into C55 by "cutting" or by Martech II device........(like A55 version 11).....

Did u try to unlock it with testpoint using freia 10( A55 settings)? and what about A55 lp it can be the same.. so if u have phone pls try
