Up side 4 key doesn't work?a55?

Hi.
I don't know is it software or hardware problem it happened to very new handsets. After unlocking many pieces a55 with cut pcb line near cpu methode we found 3 pieces of a55 don't work upside 4 key. "Menu, cancel,up,down" keys not working. I don't know before unlocking those keys were working or not? Does this pcb line cut methode has side effect for those key? Or I cut wrong line with test test line? Is it hardware problemm or software? How to repair? If it is hardware trouble how to repair it? I need pcb layout. Other 10 pieces are working okey.
Thanks for attention.

Hello, I'm thinking that not working keys are not because of badly cutted track. I checked voltage on keys plates on PCB :-) It's same as on other keys... I think that if track were cutten badly it shouldn't have correct voltage.
