EL71 NO booting

Hello i read all posts above for EL71 but i am new to siemens phones and i have a problem still.
I have an EL71 that refuses to turn on. When i press the red button goes beep once and that is it. I know it is a software eeprom bug.
I downloaded papuas software and now what else do i need?
I have a serial cable.

Thank you.

...first you need to make ffsinit and after make the firmware upgrade. Use data cable for this.

...in this case, tes, you need to fullflash your phone. You need to use X65Flasher software (in attachemment) , fullflash file (with lower version) from http://rapidshare.com/files/11523143...6_lg3_full.rar and service cable. Before start flashing phone, you need to connect with papuautils, unlock your phone (if not is in the Factory mode), enter in the "Codes" menu, click on "x65flasher.ini" and save this file in the X65Flasher folder root. Other option is to fullflash your phone using testpointconnection. More detailes you have in this forum. After fullflash, you need to unlock your phone (direct calculation) and make firmware upgrade with language pack 0100 (greek language).
