c65 quadband ?

I have noticed that c65 is available in 900 or 850 (and both 1800/1900).

Is it possible to make the phone have BOTH 900 and 850?
Does this depend on the software variant?

Would be useful if a Quadband version was available ... since none of the present options allow 100% compatibility ... Triband phones will only work with US 1900MHz networks which limits coverage.

Best regards
