HELP TO UNLOCK CX65 W or W/O TESTPOINT.

please who can help me to unlock my cx65.
i use papuautils v111b but always when i clik service mode i got no ping movile. i have unlocked many model but i cant with this cx65 and i cant do testpoint at same time doing pw buton.
if exist another way to unlock it without testpoint?

Give me IMEI code and I try to help you . Your problem looks like HW problem , may be EMI Filter was damaged and must be replaced.
