Issue with speed dial keys..

I recently purchased an ex-demo C65 (fw04 originally, it had O2 branding at first, now at fw50) but the speed dial keys have been set to functions which I do not want, eg 3 for Calculator etc. Despite upgrading the FW and performing a Master Reset the keys still cannot be changed. The 9 key was not set to anything when I purchased the phone, and I can change that by pressing it once and then pressing the right soft key. The others however I cannot, bar the 1 which is Voicemail.

Anybody have a clue what I'm on about?
