Problem with c65 boot, blue screen and other

First I write that I used search function a lot and I haven't found solution so far.
I've got a problem with c65. It was switching on and worked with blue screen, all functions was ok. Then he powered on from time to time and now phone don't power on.
I can't boot it using papua (aby version). I've made everyting as here: http://babelfish.altavista.com/babel...26highlight%3d It worked for the first time, read esn and hash, but no imei and wrote that "imei is bad in bcore". Then I left it and searched for solution. Next time when I was trying to connect I got message:

AutoIgnition...
Transmit Boot...
Boot loaded ...
Pause 2 sec...
Retrieve information...
Unknown Flash type(ID:0081) čëč:
1) Not propper work with TP .
2) No all contacts in PMB & Flash.
3) Corrupted Flash.
4) Corrupted another hardware in phone .
5) Corrupted cable (adapter). Boot unlock .

Then I tried vklay and x65flasher and again with papua and it worked. It looks like if it worked once then it will work again after some time?! Now I can't boot it anymore. I changed coms many times, reboot system and put off battery. I've made testpoint as described using resistor and needle (is this possible if I scratched testpoint?). Any help will be appreciated.
