S65 - help unlock my phone (3x wrong input)

can anybody help me unlock my S65. I entered 3 x a wrong equipment pin.

...search on this forum (in my posts) HOW TO UNLOCK S-GOLD phones...
Question: you entered 3 times the SIM pin codes or the phone codes????

I entered the equipment code 3 x wrong and now it says: Equipment locked.

...use the following steps (for removing Phone lock code):

You need to download Vipergsm (or bsReader) in your phone ..
For download this file you can use Simoco software via data cable or infrared.
For install this software in phone must be open his menu so use original operating Sim card or if you haven’t its sim, use Papuautils.

Steps:
Connect data cable to phone & run x65PapuaUtils
Select Com..
Connect with software .
Power on phone & click on SimSim (Simulate Sim).
After some seconds phone will be on his menu . .(if not click again on simsim).
Close Papuautils and open Phone Manager software (SiMoCo)
Copy Viper.jar (or bsReader) in your phone, on Data\Java\jam\Applications
Run Viper (or bsReader) in your phone
Confirm local conexion 'By Session'.
Confirm acess aplication java to data cable.
Wait few seconds (or minutes).
Wait for a 'beep' and the IMEI/ESN/HASH should in phone
Write Hash & Esn on a paper
Disconnect cable & Turn of mobile
Connect simple "china made" cable (or DCA500) to phone & run x65PapuaUtils
Fill in 2 blanks in codes tab of Papua's soft. Write first IMEI then Hash & ESN which you got.
Click Calc SKEY + BootKey Button.(after less than minute you will got SKEY & BootKey calculated).
Click “Enter SKEY (BKEY) in phone” button.
Enter to “Various” and click on “Read IMEI”
Click on “5008 Phone code” and your phone is unlocked from phone lock.
