is possible know where find the firmware for this phone to make it stealth or if is necessary modify something?

I have write 1 email to have some information about this cell
reply:
1) the phone change manually or in automatic mode the imei when i insert a New simcard inside
2) have a firewall and alert if Simeone try to trace the phone (untraceable).

Someone know 1 firmware with this patch?
