X65 cable questions. - GSM-Forum

Hi

Have found a schematic that shows how to make a USB cable for X65 series BUT i have a few questions..

Is the phone plug the same as the ones used on f.ex MC60 ?

Can it be true that i just need to connect the USB directly to the phone connector (In the schematic there are just tracks from the USB to the phone ?)? Will the phone then be recogniced by windows if i do, and will it work with SST ?

The cable is the same like X60 X55 series.
Just buy chip USB cable and use it without modifications....

Please i dont understand what you mean..

Yes i can just buy a cable but if the cable in the schematic is the same as the cable i can buy i would rather build it myself..

So please tell me just yes or no, will sst work with the usb cable ?

I attached the picture of the cable to this post..

If i understand this picture right i just need to make cable like this and connect one end to phone and the other end directly to the USB port ..
