@Skylord: In my opinion it's necessarily to modify flashes separately - not upload your modified bin. Only by this way I made my ME45 (S45i) work.

BTW: What is the "Measure Texts" option in Developer Menu ?

and here ... S/ME45 to S45i type CE/BA20

- flash firmware S45i v04 WINSWUP to ur fone
- grab flashes address 2C0000x010000 and 2D0000x010000 from de fone
- then mod with hex editor like these:

flash 2C0000x010000:
00B102h: 3D to 0D

flash 2D0000x010000:
005A20h: 3D to CC
005A20h: 0A to 00
005A2Eh: 3D to CC
005A2Fh: 03 to 00
00B73Ah: 2D to 0D

- load both flashes, then unlock ur fone

umh ... another way ... simply like diz: flash with fw S45i v04 (winswup), download flash 290000x050000, then mod with a hexeditor ...

0063CAh: 20 - 0A
019156h: 2D - 0D
03B102h: 3D - 0D
045A20h: 3D - CC
045A21h: 0A - 00
045A2Eh: 3D - CC
045A2Fh: 03 - 00
04B73Ah: 2D - 0D

save, then upload into ur fone. then unlock

Does this new way of updating has problems with shuting down the phone when it falls bellow 0 degrees of Celsius?

I have done it using solution on http://techtronic.pl/users/majonez/

It`s in Polish.

Ok I just updated my phone using SkyFire's method and now it is working fine. I can even check my e-mail..Yeah!
We'll see about low temperatures.

I have a problem with this patch. The Phone is turning off at some capacities of the battery.
Error Code it generates is
Nr: 9186
PSW : 08
PID: 68

Any Ideas?
