Hi,

I too had a failed update last night. At the end i get a "bad CRC . operation failed". I have tried on 2 other PC's and the same result. Does this sound like a faulty unit also. Thanks...

SO if u say u used external power and update pack that worked for other clips and for this not is possible that clip to be faulty and in this case ask resaller to replace .

Have had clip replaced, now unlocks fine but makes a miserable attempt at speaking , it is very quiet and garbled. I'm not certain i want to try reflashing it after the last attempt failing. What is the solution now ?. Is it possible to get a fully working replacement ?.
