6600 Upgrade firmware

I am kinda n00b in this domain...

How can I upgrade the firmware on my 6600? I only use a infrared port (on my laptop). From where do I get the firmware upgrade and how do I do it?

No way for you to upgrade firmware by infrared,you need to have flashing tool like ufs3,griffin or.... :D

Any GSM shop in the web ;) (www.allgsm.co.uk) but be prepared to spend over 300€ for such a device (still interested?)
