7650 auto shutoff problem? - GSM-Forum

I have problem with 7650 auto shuttoff.The first time 7650 was hang and then I reset with *#7370#.the phone see "startup failed contact retailer"and then I try to flash with newest version but always give me errors message so I decide to reset factory default with griffin 182 is set ok.but when I turn on the phone the screen appears "nokia" and fade out and restart until 3 times.and I try to set factory default again with griffin 191,192 the result always fail but if I use 189 set always ok.The last try I put the 7650 griffin cable with original battery(instead of griffin battery) and I put sim card and i powered up the phone when "nokia" appears I set factory to default and they can go on Normal.after that I try to take the cable out is ok.But after a few second if you go to the menu and pick some application,the phone fade out and restart again.If the phone connected with the charger everything goes normal.Please help what is the problem?and why everytime I want flash that phone always give me an errors message(error "number")?

I try to flash ppm was ok.why I can't flash the mcu?always give me an errors message.Is this something wrong with the software or hardware?
