software to connect 7650 to PC by cable
 

i've entered the unlock code incorrectly 5 times into my 7650, and now phone says "not allowed", which means the only way to unlock it is by a cable solution. now i bought the cable, but where i can get the software??

You need some tools like prodigy, griffin, twister, etc.

what do you mean by tools? do i need to purchase more "hardware"?

Yes mate but its very expensive. Like me, I use original prodigy. To solve your problem, may be you can go to the nearest celfon shop in your area and have it unlock by them.

This hardware is a dongle that to be connected to the computer and do software repair on mobile phones, before doing any hardware repair. The cable that we are using are either m/bus or f/bus, and i'm not sure if data cable will do.

Experts may correct me if i'm wrong.
