will pay money for converted Motorola Startac 1900 mhz

Hello, I live in the US and want to use a GSM starTAC phone. the only ones that were made according to Motorola are 900 mhz models.

how much would you or someone charge to convert a 900mhz to a 1900 mhz GSM StarTAC phone?
